Please be informed that the representative of the Skyworth Travel and Tours will be at Arellano University, Legarda, Manila starting on Saturday, June 11, 2016 and every Saturday thereafter to collect from all the participants attending the training the following:
a. Original deposit slips of the down payment and full payment (participants and accompanying person);
b. Original deposit slips of payment for the Philippine travel tax;
c. Original Registration Form;
d. Scanned copy of passports (participants and accompanying person) and
e. Original Passports of participants below 12 years old (if they want to avail a travel tax discount)
For provincial participants, please send them directly to Skyworth Travel and Tours.
