Important reminders for 2nd Batch MOSTP at GCC

Please be advised of the following on the first day of MOSTP at Grace Christian College:
1. Registration will start at 7:30 am.
2. Bring In-house ID and proof of registration for MOSTP.
3. Assembly Area at GCC quadrangle.
4. School Canteen will be serving meals and snacks.
5. Please wear your  2018-2019 12-Sat t-shirt (Old Rose).

Furthermore, the following are the schedules of t-shirts use for the MOSTP training:
1. Monday - 2019 In-house t-shirt (Pink)
2. Tuesday -  2018-2019 12-Sat t-shirt (Old Rose)
3.  Wednesday -  2018 in-house tshirt (Green)
4. Thursday - 2017-2018 12-Sat t-shirt  (BLUE)
5. Friday - Apple Green (2017 in-house t-shirt)
6. Saturday - Pink (2016-2017 12-sat tshirt)

Note: You can use a similar color of t-shirt if you don’t have the MTG t-shirt.

The following are the schedules of training of students per level from Mondays to Saturdays.
Grades 3 & 4 - 7:45am to 3:45pm
Grades 5 & 6 - 8:00am to 4:00pm
High School - 8:15am to 4:15pm
HS Special Group - 8:00am to 5:00pm



Please be advised that the schedule for the 2019 Mathematical Olympiad Summer Training Program (2019 MOSTP) will be held on Grace Christian College on May 27, 2019 to June 10, 2019 (Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 5pm). Since the slots are limited and on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, all challengers are requested urgently to register as immediately as possible for the reservation of slot in the e-mail address: [email protected]. Deadline of regsitration is on Thursday, May 23, 2019.  Kindly attached your deposit slip, as well as Full Name, Grade Level, School, MTG Center and status (Challenger).  For your guidance.

Phoenix with MTG to conduct seminar with 15 CPD units

The Phoenix Publishing House, Inc. in cooperation with Mathematics Trainers’ Guild, Philippines conduct a 3-day International Seminar on Enriching Teachers’ Olympiad Experience towards Mathematical Maturity at Manila Grand Opera Hotel, 925 Doroteo Jose Street corner Rizal Avenue, Sta. Cruz, Manila on June 7 – 9, 2019. The good news is that the Professional Regulation Commission as per Accreditation No. PTR 2018-178-3496 has granted FIFTEEN (15) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Units to teachers who will attend the said seminar. This seminar is designed to provide mathematics teachers with a capstone experience in the teaching of mathematics to establish and reinforce students’ erudition in mathematical structure methods and concepts. MathDAP invites its challengers to 2019 IMWiC (Grades 1 - 12 Updated 5/17/2019)


The IMWiC Coordinating Council with the Mathematics Education Clinic of Indonesia and Fujian Overseas Corporation has invited the Philippines to send students to participate in the 2019 International Mathematics Wizards Challenge (IMWiC)which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from June 15 – 19, 2019.
The MathDAP has opened the invitation to all interested challengers currently attending the 2019 Mathematical Olympiad Summer Training Program (MOSTP) to participate in the 2019 IMWiC. The said contest is for the youngster group and for MathDAP challengers from grades 3 to 12.
For confirmation of participation, please do the Registration to 5th IMWiC through this link not later than Wednesday, May 8, 2019. 
The person-in-charge after receiving the confirmation will send the requirements for compliance.
